HVAC Technicians III
- Commercial Facilities
- Mobile, AL
EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking HVAC Technicians III to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on commercial facility HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building controls. The role includes troubleshooting, equipment repairs, documentation, and supporting facility operations while maintaining OSHA safety standards. Ideal candidates have extensive commercial HVAC maintenance experience and the required refrigeration licensing.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Formal HVAC training (documentation or certificates required)
- Minimum 5 years of related HVAC experience
- Universal Refrigeration License
- Applicable certifications and licenses
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience maintaining HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, and controls
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to maintain operating and maintenance logs
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and test instruments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures
- Strong communication and documentation skills
