Job Title
Maintain, repair, fabricate and install various equipment in accordance with established standards.
Minimum Qualifications:Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter
One of the most recent three years' experience performing maintenance duties or completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
Working knowledge of a minimum of two of the following crafts:
- Maintenance Mechanics
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Painting
- HVAC/Refrigeration
Active unrestricted Class D U.S. driver's license
Completion of a two-year technical school program is desired.
