K&R Staffing is seeking experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Technicians for a well-established,
family-owned company . This is a great opportunity for technicians looking for steady, local work without having to spend nights away from home.

Commercial HVAC experience is preferred , but we are also open to experienced residential HVAC technicians who have a strong technical background and are ready and willing to learn commercial systems .

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose HVAC equipment and mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
• Work with rooftop units, split systems, package units, and other HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Complete service and installation work safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate service and job documentation
• Follow company and job site safety procedures

• Previous commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Experienced residential HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Understanding of electrical components and HVAC controls
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
• EPA certification is a plus
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions
