is currently seeking highly skilled Aircraft Mechanic / Aircraft Systems Installercandidates for one of its clients in Mobile, Alabama. Our client is arecognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MRO organizationsupporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production, linemaintenance, and/or airworthiness operations.

Job OverviewWe are hiring an Aircraft Mechanic /Aircraft Systems Installer to support aircraft assembly, mechanicalinstallation, inspections, repairs, modifications, and system functional checkswithin an aircraft manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, technical documentation understanding, and strong commitment to aircraft safety, quality, and airworthiness.
Responsibilities- Install,prepare, assemble, adapt, torque, secure, inspect, and verify aircraft mechanical components and systems.
- Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, rework, and modifications in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures.
- Supportaircraft system installation areas such as hydraulic lines, flight controlsurfaces, structural/mechanical assemblies, fairings, and related systems.
- Read and interpret drawings, work orders, task cards, engineering instructions, and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform systemfunction checks, bonding checks, and quality verification as required by work instructions.
- Recordcompleted work and discrepancies accurately in approved systems/logs.
- Maintain asafe, clean, and compliant production environment.
- Aircraftmechanical, assembly, maintenance, or systems installation experience preferred.
- A&Plicense preferred for maintenance-focused roles; may be required depending on specific client assignment.
- Ability toread and interpret drawings, blueprints, technical instructions, and work orders in English.
- Experience with torque tools, hand tools, measuring tools, and aircraftproduction/maintenance documentation.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability towork multiple shifts, overtime, weekends, and production schedules as required.
- A220/A320family or commercial aircraft experience preferred.
