• Brake pads & rotors
• Calipers & hydraulic components
• Brake hoses
• Brake diagnosis & repair
• Shocks & struts
• Control arms & ball joints
• Wheel bearings / hub assemblies
• Wheel alignments

• A/C diagnosis & repair
• Evacuate & recharge A/C systems
• Compressor & condenser replacement
• Cooling-system repairs
• Belts & hoses
• Batteries, starters & alternators
• Tune-ups & preventive maintenance

• Perform complete vehicle inspections
• Identify legitimate maintenance & safety concerns
• Document findings accurately
• Communicate findings to service advisor

Don't pencil-whip inspections. Actually look at the vehicle.

Find it. Document it. Communicate it.

If something changes during a repair, communicate. If you find additional legitimate work, document it. If you're stuck, speak up.

Your responsibility doesn't disappear when the vehicle leaves your bay.

What tools do I need?

Bring the tools of your trade. We'll provide the shop.

Automotive Technicians are expected to own a professional personal tool set appropriate for the repairs they perform.

Your tools don't have to impress anybody. They have to allow you to do your job.

BFL provides applicable major shop and specialized service equipment.

Up to $35/Hour

Experience matters. Ability matters more.
