Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs on mobile office trailers, which include tasks such as framing and finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other aspects of modular building repairs. You will conduct inspections of off-rented buildings to determine necessary repairs and the scope of work. Additionally, you will perform customer-requested modifications, maintain proper inventory levels of equipment, and provide excellent customer service with timely completion of work.

You will also conduct HVAC system checks and maintenance according to company guidelines.

• Perform repairs to mobile office trailers including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Inspect off-rented buildings to determine repairs and scope of work.
• Perform customer-requested modifications.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment.
• Provide customer service and ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct HVAC system checks and maintenance per company guidelines.

• Strong mechanical skills.
• Experience in framing and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, and painting.
• Ability to perform HVAC system checks and maintenance.

• Experience with mobile office trailer repairs.
• Capability to perform inspections and determine repair needs.
• Customer service skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mobile, AL.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
