About the Role:
EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for skilled and motivated A&P Technicians to join our growing team in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems on various aircraft
- Complete maintenance documentation, logbook entries, and work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct airframe and powerplant inspections including annual, 100-hour, and progressive checks
- Collaborate with crew chiefs, engineers, and fellow technicians to ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Identify and requisition necessary parts and materials to complete maintenance tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting airframe, powerplant, and related aircraft systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet applicable security requirements
