Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Traveling Turbine Technicians for projects located in the Orlando, FL area
. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $36/hour based on experience plus $175/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Inspect turbine components for wear, damage, vibration, leaks, or abnormal operating conditions
• Perform turbine disassembly and reassembly during maintenance outages
• Align shafts, bearings, couplings, and other rotating equipment
• Take precise measurements and recording clearances, tolerances, and component conditions
• Install and service bearings, seals, valves, rotors, diaphragms, and other turbine components
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and assisting with root-cause investigations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to Mitsubishi procedures and plant requirements
• Use precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, laser alignment equipment, torque tools, and measurement instruments
• Assist with turbine startup, shutdown, testing, and commissioning
• Read mechanical drawings, turbine manuals, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Work with electricians, engineers, welders, millwrights, operators, and other maintenance personnel
• Follow strict OSHA, plant safety, lockout/tagout, confined-space, rigging, and lifting procedures
• Travel to power plants or industrial facilities for scheduled outages and emergency service work
