• Supervise, coordinate, monitor, and participate in the administration of the Family Haven shelter
• Train and instruct employees in proper methods to ensure accuracy and compliance with program policies
• Interview clients to determine eligibility for assistance and develop intake and case plans
• Build and maintain professional relationships with community agencies and attend community meetings
• Prepare reports, develop, and write grant applications and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in social services work, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Valid Driver License

• Experience in grant writing and program documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with community resources and social services programs
