about essa’s staff / additional informationqualifications: support coordinators and care managers have their diploma of community services case management, diplomas or bachelors in social work, and/or advanced diploma of community sector management. Care managers are multi-skilled and professional to provide high quality, meaningful support and services for everyone in the community. All our staff have ample experience carrying out a range of different duties and have worked with people of different ages and abilities.

all our staff must have a current ndis screening checks, first aid certificates, police checks, full driver license, fully vaccinated and qualifications in disability, aged care and/or community services. Contact us at for a full list of requirements.
