• Minimum of three years of experience in athletic sports activities
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the above requirements
• Ability to meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in program management or coordination within community sports
• Knowledge of local sports regulations and standards
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
• Previous experience in a government or public service role
