Position: Lease Drivers – Flatbed

As a Lease Driver with RRL, you’ll haul opendeck freight for trusted customers while enjoying the freedom of being your own boss with the backing of a dependable carrier.
We’re looking for experienced flatbed professionals who value safety, communication, and high‑quality service.
- Minimum 2 years flatbed experience
- No automatic restriction on license
- Oversize/equipment experience a plus
- Clean driving record and MVR
- No SAP drivers
- Earn 85% of gross to the truck (minus expenses)
- Driver referral bonus
- Fleet One fuel cards with strong discounts
- Weekly settlements direct deposited
- Flexible home time—most home weekly
- New equipment: 2024 Cascadia’s with Tri Paks & 2020 Transcrafts
- Non-forced dispatch
