This CDL‑A truck driver position is designed for drivers who want consistent regional freight, reliable weekly miles, and a schedule that supports predictable home time. Dispatch planning focuses on keeping drivers moving efficiently while maintaining clear expectations with consistent communication from dispatch throughout the week.

Compensation: $1,400 to $1,600 per week running 2,500-2,600 miles; 85-90% drop and hook freight; 1 day home for every 7 days out (home time starts the following day);
Kenworth T680 automatics with Smart Idle, 1500 W inverter, bunk heater, and double bunks; no runs into NYC or New Jersey; drivers run 7‑9 days followed by a full 24+ hour reset beginning the day after arriving home; equipment includes late‑model Kenworth T680 trucks with bunk heater, Smart Idle system, and brand‑new mattresses.

Drivers can take home time anywhere along their route, with access to over 30 terminals that offer clean showers, gyms, or laundry facilities.

United Healthcare after 60 days; 401(k) with Fidelity match after 90 days; accessorial pay, detention, layover, holiday pay, optional hazmat; orientation pay.
