CDL-A Hazmat Team Driver

Job Summary

CDL-A Team Driver – Home weekly or every other week depending on driver’s domicile. Responsibilities include working as part of a team to deliver freight efficiently and safely.

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT inspection:
  Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average weekly earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• Sign‑on bonus: $8,000 (true teams only) – $4,000 per driver (must have teamed together for 90 days).
• FL and CA based drivers excluded.

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, Flexible Spending Accounts – available 60 days after active service (first day of following month).
• 401(k) plan – available after 180 days of active service.
• Benefits become available to employees of Covenant upon meeting the required service periods.

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• No more than one serious moving violation in the last year.
• No critical accidents in the last year.
• No DUI in the last four years.
