HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver – Tramping

Job Description

We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the Transport team here at William Gilder Group Ltd. Ideally located between Tewkesbury and Evesham, we are a well-established family run business. We operate a large up‑to‑date fleet of Vacuum tankers moving non‑hazardous liquid waste throughout the UK. Tanker experience is not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, on a permanent, full‑time basis.

You will work Monday to Friday ‘job until finish’, and Saturday as overtime on a rota basis.

• A Driver Certificate in Professional Competence (DCPC) – however, training may also be provided (subject to a training agreement)
• A UK/EU driving licence LGV (Class 1 / Cat C&E)
• A Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service and building good customer relationships
• Good time keeping and flexibility
• Maintains a positive can‑do attitude
