Job Overview

Class A drivers with a minimum of 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years are invited to run 12 days, home two full days on no touch freight. The role guarantees a minimum of $1400 per week, with average earnings per week of $1450-$1800+. A $2000 sign‑on bonus is paid out over the first 90 days.

Drivers may bring a pet and a rider from their first day. Full benefits start after 30 days.

• Guaranteed minimum of $1400 per week (if driver runs the entire week with no load refusals and no driver‑induced delays). Top drivers can earn $1800+ per week.
• Guaranteed minimum or total mileage pay ranging from $.56 to $.60 CPM, covering  miles per week.
• 50% drop and hook freight.
• No forced dispatch in NYC; drivers may run all 48 states, but the majority of freight runs I‑35 and east.
• Sign‑on bonus paid in installments: $500 after first load, $500 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, $500 at 90 days.
• Full benefits start on day 30 and include medical, PTO, 401(k), dental, and more.

Drivers will run newer model Freightliner and Kenworth trucks. All trucks are automatic.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes any accident resulting in injury, jackknifing, or rollover)
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years
• Total of no more than three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years
• No more than three jobs in the last year
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
