International Logistics & Export Coordinator

Our client, a leading aerospace company, is seeking an International Logistics & Export Coordinator to join their team. As an International Logistics & Export Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $23.41/hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, road, and rail transportation.
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required shipping documents.
• Ensure shipments comply with export regulations, customs requirements, and hazardous materials standards.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, risks, and delays to stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including customs delays, documentation discrepancies, and transportation exceptions.

What's Needed?

• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping processes, and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with transportation modes including air, ocean, road, and rail.
• Understanding of hazardous materials shipping regulations, including IATA, IMDG, and DOT requirements.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
