Location:
Mobile, AL (Pioneer) - 376, 8050 Cottage Hill Rd, Mobile, Alabama -
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour plus up to $2,500 performance bonuses.
Work Hours:
Monday–Friday 7am–4pm

- Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Assists in loading the delivery truck.
- Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
- Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick‑ups.
- Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
- Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Make deliveries using the most effective route to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring that all products are properly secured, and hazardous material is separated appropriately.
- Collect payments and accurately document delivery.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations).
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of any maintenance needed.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and presentable on a daily basis.
- Increase job and product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license / CDL Class B, preferably with HAZMAT endorsement.
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre‑Employment Screening Program (PSP) indicating no more than two combined violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
