Consistent Miles and Reliable Home Time

LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL truck drivers in Mobile, AL for an OTR position offering consistent mileage and scheduled home time. Drivers average approximately 3,000 miles per week while running established lanes throughout the eastern United States.

This position is 100 percent no touch freight with a combination of drop and hook and live load or unload. Drivers stay east of Texas and do not make deliveries into New York City.

Pay and Schedule

Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,900 depending on mileage and verified driving experience. CPM is based on previous Class A tractor trailer experience.

Drivers are home every other weekend for a 48 hour reset. Approximately 95 percent of scheduled resets are completed on time.

Equipment

Drivers operate 2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner trucks equipped for OTR driving.

Equipment includes an APU, inverter, refrigerator, TV mount, and microwave mount.

The company also uses a technology based load system. Drivers can use the company app when ready for their next assignment and have access to driver advocates 24 hours a day.

Paid Orientation

Orientation lasts approximately three days and is paid. Drivers receive a private hotel room, and qualifying orientation expenses are covered by the company.

Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor trailer experience within the last 36 months.
