Class A Commercial Driver Entry Level

Job Summary — Based in Mobile, AL, this position is part of 365 Freight USA’s expansion across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35). We are hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL drivers seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support both on‑road and at‑home needs.

Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).Base pay: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.

Accessorial pay: $20/hour detention (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.

Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).Full benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.

Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Secure terminal parking available in Mobile, AL.Route & Equipment Predictable schedule on regional lanes east of I‑35.Home weekly with a guaranteed 48‑hour weekend reset.

Assigned premium tractors (2025–2026 Freightliner/Kenworth) with a strict no slip‑seating policy.

Driver comfort features: APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators in all tractors.

Freight type: 100% no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook).Company policies:
Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.

Experienced route:
Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.

Trainees / Entry‑level route:
Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.Drive with a team that values reliable miles and respects your time.
