As a Material Handler - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials within our facilities. This position ensures that materials are handled efficiently and safely to support production and operational goals.

You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Saraland, Al location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the smooth flow of materials critical to maintaining production schedules and operational efficiency, contributing directly to Honeywell’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials to designated locations
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while handling materials
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to support workflow and meet operational goals
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, or weekends as needed
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in material handling within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations
  • Willingness to be certified in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance related to material handling
  • Ability to use inventory management software, SAP, and basic computer skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
