Job Description
This position includes customer service, answering phones, miscellaneous duties, and basic computer knowledge. The primary responsibility is scheduling drivers and deliveries for both Ready Mix Concrete and pump truck services.
Responsibilities- Schedule drivers and deliveries for Ready Mix Concrete and pump truck services.
- Answer phones and provide customer assistance.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and communicate with drivers.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Valid driver's license.
