Trauma Program Lead — ED & Critical Care

A rural critical access hospital seeks a Trauma Coordinator & ED/Critical Care Supervisor to lead trauma program operations and oversee clinical support in the Emergency Department. The role involves quality improvement, staff education, and ensuring safe patient transfers across all levels of acuity. Candidates must possess a current RN license and have at least 3 years of experience in emergency or critical care settings.

This position reports directly to the Nurse Manager, working in collaboration with nursing staff and EMS partners.
