Position
Support commercial and operational activities of the Sales team by ensuring the proper management of quotations, commercial documentation, customer orders, and internal coordination among different company functions, contributing to the efficiency of the sales process and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Activities

Support the preparation of quotations, offers, and technical/commercial documentation.

Monitor commercial deadlines and support follow-up activities with customers and the Sales department.

Manage and update customer master data, price lists, and commercial databases.

Prepare commercial reports, sales KPIs, and data analyses to support management activities.

Collaborate with the Finance department on administrative and documentation checks related to customer orders.

Support the management of commercial non-conformities or customer-related operational issues.

Ensure proper filing and management of commercial and contractual documentation.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support and customer management processes.

Requirements
Technical Skills

Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Human Sciences.

Knowledge of sales processes and order management activities.

Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to manage commercial documentation and reporting activities.

Good command of the English language.

Data analysis and KPI monitoring skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales administration tools.
