Your mission
As part of our Power Generation Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our OEM business across Italy and Eastern Europe.

Your Impact

Expand & develop the OEM business across Italy and Eastern Europe.

Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Manage a portfolio of strategic OEM and industrial customers.

Build strong relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers.

Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements.

Coordinate customer projects with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Service teams.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

Represent Baudouin during customer visits, trade fairs and industry events.

Travel regularly across your region (up to 50%) to support customers and develop new business.

Your assets

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field.

An engineering background is considered a strong advantage.

Proven experience in Business Development, Regional Sales or Key Account Management within the Power Generation, Genset, Industrial Engine, Energy or related industrial sectors.

Experience working with OEM customers or strategic industrial accounts is highly valued.

Strong commercial mindset combined with a good technical understanding of industrial products and applications.

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong drive to win new business.

Self-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Professional proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.

An additional European language is considered a strong advantage.
