We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our company's financial operations.

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Performing cost accounting tasks, including monitoring and analyzing manufacturing costs, preparing budget reports, and making recommendations for cost reduction strategies.
• Conducting inventory audits and reconciliations, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of our materials and finished goods.
• Preparing and posting journal entries, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Using advanced Excel functions such as vlookups and Pivot Tables to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Working with our SAP system to manage financial transactions and generate reports.
• Collaborating with the Senior Accountant and other team members on various projects, providing your expertise and insights to help drive our company's financial success.

• A Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions such as vlookups and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices, with experience as a Cost Accountant being a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all aspects of your work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of our organization.
