Exciting Full Charge Bookkeeper opportunity where you will take ownership of the financial operations for a well-established commercial property management company that values flexibility, stability, and long-term success. We're seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to play a key role within a close-knit team.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple commercial properties
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and bill payments
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements
- Process minor payroll and collaborate with the company's CPA
- Manage property allocations, CAM charges, and cash flow
- Communicate with property managers, vendors, and tenants regarding financial matters
- 8+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Commercial real estate or property management experience preferred
- Strong Quick Books and Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and allocations
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
