  • Pay: $22.00/hour. (Pay scale includes base hourly compensation range of $20 to $26.)
  • Up to $300 bonus per month based on performance metrics.

    - Monday
    - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
Example Responsibilities of the Clerical Administrative / Parts Coordinator
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork.
  • Answering customer phone calls.
  • Greeting customers in store.
  • Check in parts from a variety of vendors.
  • Check for damage and part accuracy.
  • Receiving invoices.
  • Give our customers a ride home.
  • Washing cars when needed.
Requirements for the Clerical Admin / Parts Coordinator position
  • Computer/Typing Abilities.
  • Polished telephone and email abilities.
  • Customer Service.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Hard working.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly.
  • Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently.
  • Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team.

You must have a valid California Driver's License and be able to pass a background check & drug screen prior to hire.
