** Administrative / Clerical Associate

** Position Summary*
* The Administrative / Clerical Associate provides general office support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service duties, including data entry, recordkeeping, scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* + Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.

+ Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.

+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.

+ Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other office documents.

+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.

+ Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

+ Assist with processing forms, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.

+ Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.

+ Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.

+ Scan, copy, fax, and distribute documents.

+ Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

+ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and office standards.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

+ Strong typing, data entry, and organizational skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.

+ Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies or files up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through email.

** Compensation*
* ** Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.*
* ** Pay Details:**  $20.00 per hour
