Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Tracy, CA, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and supporting the smooth delivery of home care services. This position coordinates scheduling and communication between caregivers, clients, and families, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to inquiries. The Office Manager manages administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, handling phone calls and emails, organizing files, and monitoring office supplies and equipment.
The role includes supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with payroll and billing, and helping ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
The Office Manager collaborates closely with leadership to maintain a professional, welcoming office environment and to uphold the organization’s standards of compassionate, reliable care.
- Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage scheduling, records, and day-to-day office workflows.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling software) to support efficient operations.
- Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should have prior experience in an office management, administrative, or healthcare-related setting; home care or senior care experience is a plus.
- Candidates should be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or a degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
