We are seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to support both front and back counter operations. You'll assist service technicians and retail customers by sourcing, ordering, and distributing parts efficiently and accurately.

• Assist service technicians and customers at both front and back counters
• Accurately look up, order, and distribute parts for repair orders and retail sales
• Manage parts inventory, returns, and warranty processing
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure prompt service
• Maintain strong knowledge of parts systems and dealership processes

• Previous dealership or automotive parts experience
• Familiarity with DMS platforms (Dealer track preferred)
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
