Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Site EHS Specialist, you will be a hands‑on champion for environmental, health, and safety excellence across our operations. Your responsibilities include conducting facility audits and compliance assessments, developing and implementing site‑specific EHS programs, maintaining tracking systems and scorecards, managing OSHA 300 logs and hazardous material inventories, and supporting third‑party certifications such as ISO, VPP, and PSM. You will also play a key role in prevention and continuous improvement, participate in root‑cause analyses, monitor corrective actions, contribute to Management of Change reviews and Pre‑Start Safety Reviews, deliver training programs, and collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to drive consistent, compliant outcomes.
Qualifications- High school diploma or state‑issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of EHS experience or comparable military experience; or Bachelor of Science plus 4 years of EHS experience or 2 years of OMDP/TMDP experience with 2 years of EHS experience or comparable military experience.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable). Position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving.
- Skilled in developing clear written communications, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ability to present information effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to source, read, understand, and interpret EHS regulations published by government agencies.
- Required to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
- Required to be 18 years or older.
- Bachelor of Science in an accredited EHS Program plus 2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Possession of EHS related certifications (CSP, ASP, OHST, CHMM).
- Experience working with mid‑level management in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Experience responding to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business partners.
- Strong mathematical skills (exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, permutations).
- Skill in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Skill in interpreting technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handling abstract and concrete variables.

- Actual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market data. In addition to the salary, the position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participation in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
- The position will be based in the specified location(s) and requires on‑site work with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
