• Transform customer concepts into press-ready files by managing complex file trapping, distortion, and imposition tasks.
• Execute precise color separations to ensure brand consistency and superior print quality on every project.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews to verify artwork accuracy, grammar, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical file issues and streamline the transition from design to the printing plate.
• Maintain organized production documentation to support seamless project tracking and meet demanding turnaround times.
• Optimize prepress workflows to minimize errors and maximize output efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and prepress operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat within a Mac-based environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in file trapping, color separation, and print-ready file preparation.
• Solid understanding of flexographic printing techniques and packaging production standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.

• Hands-on experience with Esko software for advanced packaging prepress.
• Background in corrugated packaging graphics and plate manufacturing.
• Familiarity with RIP and preflight software tools for production optimization.
• Strong knowledge of color management principles and industry-standard printing specs.
