Role Requirements:

Candidates must possess a valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in good standing. Prior orthodontic assisting experience is a major plus, but we are fully willing to provide specialized ortho training to highly motivated, licensed RDAs with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude!

• Credentials:
  Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required).
• Experience: 1+ years of dental assisting experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic, recently licensed RDA graduates with a powerful work ethic! Prior orthodontic experience is a massive competitive advantage.

  Outstanding communication skills, a warm bedside manner that puts patients at ease, sharp attention to clinical detail, and a naturally positive, team-first attitude.
• Safety & Compliance:
  This is a safety-sensitive role that requires a successful pre-employment drug screening. We strictly maintain a safe clinical environment by following all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

• Orthodontic Chairside Assisting:
  Provide high-quality chairside support to our doctors during routine wire adjustments, bondings, debondings, and specialized appliance placements (like MARPE/MSE).
• Patient Engagement:
  Welcome patients into our family-focused office, track their excitement as their smiles improve, and provide clear oral hygiene and care education.
• Clinical Operations:
  Accurately take orthodontic diagnostic records (photos, digital scans, or X-rays), sterilize specialized instruments, and maintain a pristine, efficient chairside bay.
• Team Synergy:
  Actively collaborate with frontline and clinical teammates to keep our fast-paced daily scheduling running like clockwork.
