• Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required).
• Preferred 1+ years of dental assisting experience; recent RDA graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome. Prior orthodontic experience is a competitive advantage.
• English proficiency;
  Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and warm bedside manner; attention to clinical detail; positive, team‑first attitude.
• Successful pre‑employment drug screening; adherence to CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

• Provide chairside support during orthodontic procedures, including wire adjustments, bondings, debondings, and specialized appliance placements (e.g., MARPE/MSE).
• Welcome patients and deliver clear oral hygiene and care education.
• Accurately take orthodontic diagnostic records (photos, scans, X‑rays) and sterilize instruments.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain efficient scheduling and chairside flow.
