Architectural CAD Specialist — BIM & Construction Docs

0-5 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects. Support the production team with technical drawings and documentation.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of 3D modeling and Adobe Photoshop preferred

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture preferred but not required

0-5 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects. Working in 3D with families, rendering, clash detection, and consultant coordination.

• Proficient in Revit
• Working in 3D (families, rendering, clash detection, consultant coordination)
• Working in 2D (Building Schedules, Construction Documents, Legends)
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and BIM workflows
• Create and modify Revit families and maintain project templates and standards
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture preferred but not required

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering projects through all phases of development from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred
• California Architectural license is a plus but not required
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of Sketch Up modeling and Adobe Photoshop preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to collaborate between clients and project teams as the single point of contact
• Proficient in Building Code Compliance and Analysis in all phases
• Commitment to building a long-term career and obtaining licensure preferred

Working under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Principal, primarily responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing construction documents from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in the state of California
• 10+ years of experience
• Strong skills in design and production of construction drawings, start to finish
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, and knowledge of Sketch Up modeling and Adobe Photoshop preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Experience working in construction phases with clients and general contractors
• Proficient in Building Code Compliance and Analysis in all phases
