A financially strong multi-specialty group of 400 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional anesthesiologist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living.
Opportunity Highlights:
Great mix of cases and collaborative environment
Only 2 in-house calls per month / back up call from home
26 Department members with most weekends off
Starting base is $498,000 with projected 1 st year income of $560,000
Flexible scheduling
Primary hospital is 423 beds level 2 trauma center
Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
Group paid malpractice with no tail
Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
12% 401K with no matching required
RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders
