- General urology with subspecialty interests welcome
- Robotic experience preferred
- Starting base is $503,500 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus
- Flexible scheduling
- Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
- Group paid malpractice with no tail

- RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
