These sites include a mix of hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments that offer reliable case volume, efficient OR workflows, and strong clinical support. Providers will engage in a broad case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, OB, urology, ENT, and outpatient surgery.

• Strong clinical leadership and operational support

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited College of Medicine
• Completion of an approved anesthesia residency program
• Current, unrestricted physician license
• ECFMG and FLEX (if applicable)
• Ability to provide Articles of Incorporation
• Active medical malpractice coverage
