Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions:
Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs, such as Early Childhood Education, Child Welfare & Attendance, Special Education, Nutrition Services and Transportation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• NCLB Compliance (To meet this requirement you MUST attach a copy of an AA degree (or higher), transcripts showing at least 48 units or more OR a copy of your certificate stating that you have met the NCLB requirements.
  
  Head Start
  - Twelve (12) units of Child Development OR Early Childhood Education core units. Preschool
  - Six (6) units of Child Development OR Early Childhood Education core units.)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Attach proof of HS Graduation)
