We are seeking a dedicated and experienced VN (Vocational Nursing) Instructor/Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Modesto, CA. Responsibilities include developing and providing engaging instructional content, supervising and evaluating student performance during clinical rotations, and coordinating clinical schedules with partner facilities. The Instructor/Clinical Coordinator will also mentor students, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with program accreditation and licensing requirements.

• Strong teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship abilities
• Experience coordinating clinical programs and collaborating with healthcare providers
• Demonstrated knowledge of vocational nursing practices, clinical procedures, and educational standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unencumbered license in California
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing preferred
• Familiarity with state and accrediting agency regulations is a plus
