• Deliver structured, hands‑on instruction tailored to each student’s IEP
• Support communication, social skills, and independence goals
• Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals and related service providers
• Use assistive technology, visuals, and adaptive tools daily
• Build a safe, predictable, and supportive classroom environment
• Highly competitive compensation: $40-50/hour

• Active California Moderate/Severe Special Education Credential (required)
• Must provide a screenshot of active credential from the California CTC at time of submission

• 10–15 minute screening call with a Spindle recruiter
• 20–30 minute virtual interview with the district
