Campus Monitors support students during lunch and passing breaks, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment conducive to interaction and learning.

• Supervise students during lunch/recess, enforcing school rules, boundaries, and behavior expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment in the lunchroom, school grounds, and/or parking lot.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain adequate supervision coverage across the lunch room, yards, and parking lot.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts among students.
• Administer first aid as needed.
• Identify major security or safety hazards or repair needs in recess areas and enforce safety rules.
• Complete accident reports as required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgement and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to interact appropriately with children of different ages.
• High school diploma.
• 1+ year of experience working with students as a teacher, teacher intern, teaching assistant, or yard duty.
