Role:Campus Monitor
Campus Monitors support students during lunch and passing breaks, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment conducive to interaction and learning.
What You Will Do- Supervise students during lunch/recess, enforcing school rules, boundaries, and behavior expectations.
- Ensure a safe environment in the lunchroom, school grounds, and/or parking lot.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain adequate supervision coverage across the lunch room, yards, and parking lot.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts among students.
- Administer first aid as needed.
- Identify major security or safety hazards or repair needs in recess areas and enforce safety rules.
- Complete accident reports as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgement and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to interact appropriately with children of different ages.
- High school diploma.
- 1+ year of experience working with students as a teacher, teacher intern, teaching assistant, or yard duty.
