• Copy of CLAD certification or English Learner Authorization (SPECIAL

copies of credentials should include the name of the credential, credential details (including document number), authorizations, and expiration date. Otain a copy from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at ) AB 2534 Previous Certificated Employment portion of application must be completed for each district of previous/current employment in a certificated position. RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS:

• Resume
• Transcripts
