- Oversee field execution of water and wastewater projects.
- Direct and mentor crews, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Manage daily reporting, manpower planning, and problem‑solving.
- Serve as the primary on‑site leader for client and subcontractor relations.
- 10+ years of underground pipe installation or water infrastructure construction.
- Proven ability to lead large crews on complex projects.
- Expertise in water/wastewater treatment plants, pipeline installation, or utility infrastructure preferred.
- Strong safety and quality track record.
