Wunderlich-Malec Engineering (WM) is seeking a Lead Commissioning Engineer in Modesto, CA to lead testing and commissioning of substation and generator equipment. The role includes developing detailed test procedures, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring safe, compliant energization of systems.
The ideal candidate will have 8–20+ years in testing/commissioning, strong knowledge of protection schemes, and experience with relay test sets and SCADA/RTU systems, with occasional extended hours
