As an Experienced Financial Aid Specialist, you'll enjoy the stability of a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It’s a consistent schedule that allows you to fully immerse yourself in our supportive work environment.

Your role revolves around providing comprehensive support to students and families navigating the financial aid process. You’ll spend your days assisting with planning, preparing documentation for grants and loans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This includes conducting thorough file inspections, offering personalized guidance, and maintaining confidentiality. Your dedication to detail and commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals will define your success in this role.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Financial Aid is required
• Computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and coach others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism

Contracting experience is preferred.
