Associate Finance Manager – Corporate Planning

We’re a family-owned company with a 90+ year legacy that continues to innovate and grow across the alcohol beverage industry. This role will lead strategic financial planning and analysis, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and driving initiatives that shape the future of our business.

In this position you will:
– Leverage data and analysis to inform critical decision‑making processes, including preparing forecasts, analyzing trends, and conducting in‑depth research across areas such as performance, investments, and working capital.
– Develop performance measures, guide strategic financial planning, and lead initiatives that impact the company’s success.
– Foster collaboration through cross‑functional projects, influencing long‑term business strategies and aligning recommendations with corporate goals.

• MBA degree plus 3 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting, or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Ability to influence at executive levels and drive organizational change.
• Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Required to be 18 years or older.

• MBA degree plus 5 years of Finance, Accounting, Military, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Consulting, or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance plus 8 years Accounting or Finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Consumer Products Goods (CPG) or strategy consulting experience.
• Experience with MS Access at an intermediate level.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Outlook.
• Experience with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents, and presenting information to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.
• Experience applying mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
• Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions, and interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Experience completing assignments that are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity, with latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
• Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.
