A Taste Of What You'll DoAre you passionate about analyzing financial data and making a tangible impact within an organization? We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will delve into financial and business-related analyses to assess the impact of various projects, systems, and transactions on our company's bottom line.
What Awaits YouAs a key player in our finance team, you will conduct thorough analyses and research in areas such as financial performance, expense management, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment. Your insights will be crucial in preparing forecasts, analyzing trends across manufacturing, sales, finance, and other business domains. You will create detailed work plans, conduct in-depth analysis, identify options, and prepare insightful reports that will influence management decisions and drive strategic changes in assigned projects.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the formulation of department budgets, review actual expenses versus budget projections, and issue monthly variance statements. Your expertise will also contribute to the development of department procedures and performance measures, as well as conducting special financial and business-related studies as needed.

What You'll Need- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, as listed in this job description.
- MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of Finance or Accounting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
