Build your finance career through GALLO’s 10-week MBA Finance internship, where you’ll take ownership of a meaningful project and address real business challenges with the same level of responsibility as our full-time employees. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, apply your expertise to high‑impact priorities, and present work that makes a measurable difference.

Your project will align with an area of the Finance Strategic Leadership Development Program, which may include Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Brand Team Finance, Operations Finance, Revenue Management, or Wine & Grape Supply. Depending on your assignment, you may evaluate business performance, develop pricing and promotional strategies, support long‑term production planning, assess supply positions, or help shape strategic growth opportunities.

Throughout the internship, you’ll collaborate with partners across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and other functions while building your leadership capabilities and understanding of GALLO’s business. Our MBA Finance internships are a direct pipeline to full‑time opportunities in the MBA Finance Strategic Leadership Development Program, an accelerated rotational experience designed to develop future Finance leaders.

This opportunity is based at GALLO’s corporate offices in Modesto, California, near the Bay Area, Yosemite, and the Sierra Nevada. GALLO also offers a complimentary East Bay shuttle from Oakland and Livermore.

• Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program from a Tier 1 Business School as defined in the Strategic Finance Leadership Development Program and will receive degree by June 2028.
• Three years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, sales, consulting or alcoholic beverage industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience effectively presenting information to top management groups.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• MBA Concentration in Finance or Strategy.
• Five years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, sales, consulting or alcoholic beverage industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
